| 1) What is the best way to apply CleanShield MTS on open wounds? |
| This product is amazingly simple to apply. Spray on an open wound - first to cleanse the wound. (CleanShield MTS is water-based and will not sting like alcohol-based disinfectants.) Only apply enough to adequately cover the wound or to rinse wound if dirty. Allow to dry completely after application. The antimicrobial action intensifies as product dries. |

| This will vary with the condition being treated. In general, 2 to 3 applications per day, light mist or spray of the product is all that is needed. (Always allow for complete drying after misting wound). As condition improves reduce number of applications. |

| NO CHEMICALS are utilized in this product. Every one of the inorganic constituents used in this specially patented formulation is food grade and FDA approved and presents no danger to the human body. |

| This product is very resilient. It can actually be frozen and then thawed without reducing its effectiveness. It is also not harmed by high temperatures. However, when used on the body, do not apply at temperature over 110° Fahrenheit (43.3° Celsius). |

- More is NOT better. An adequate cleansing mist is all that is needed for most topical applications.
- ALWAYS allow the product to dry. Much of the antimicrobial activity (at the molecular level) occurs during the drying period.
- Do not heat this product before applying? High temperatures cause the CleanShield MTS cleaning action to become aggressive. Do not apply to the body at temperatures over 110° Fahrenheit (43.3° Celsius).
- DO NOT DILUTE. When water is added to this product, the antimicrobial effectiveness is greatly reduced.
